  • AIDA 2 pool

    Disciplines:

    • Breath hold – static apnea (STA);

    • ⁠⁠Diving with fins – dynamic apnea (DYNB);

    Techniques:

    • Swimming with mask, snorkel, and fins;

    • Breathing and relaxation;

    • Safety and rescue techniques.

    Additional skills:

    • Safety and rescue techniques;

    • Breathing and relaxation.

    AIDA 2 full – follows the same itinerary as AIDA 2 pool, with the addition of:

    Disciplines:

    • Deep diving with fins (CWTB).

    Techniques:

    • Duck diving;

    • ⁠⁠Equalization;

    • ⁠⁠Diving along the line;

    • ⁠⁠Bottom turn.

    Additional skills:

    • Safety and rescue in deep water.

  • AIDA 2 pool (Wellfit)

    • 75% score on a written theory exam;

    • 2 min static breath hold (STA);

    • 40 meters underwater swim with fins (DYNB);

    • Certification fee.

    AIDA 2 full (Deep Dive Dubai)

    • 75% score on a written theory exam;

    • 2 min static breath hold (STA);

    • 40 meters underwater swim with fins (DYNB);

    • Minimum 12-meter deep dive with fins (CWTB).
