Weekly training

Many people start freediving to effortlessly dive in the ocean, but it's important to also spend time practicing in a swimming pool. Regular pool training is perfect for improving underwater skills, breath-holding, and relaxation. Dynamic and static training in the pool is essential for all freedivers and can also bring a deep sense of peace.
